The RIG Palletizer is a flexible, highly adaptable robotic palletizing system built for high-mix production. Powered by the RGS Full Stack software platform, it pairs a FANUC CRX collaborative robot with integrated vision systems to identify box sizes, correct misalignment, and verify accurate picking without the need for mechanical alignment tools. Customizable end-of-arm tooling supports top, side, and bottom pick products weighing up to 50 lbs.
