M-Tend is Matrix’s standard collaborative machine tending cell built on the FANUC CRX-20iA/L robot to pick, tend, wash, blow off, and stage parts within a compact enclosed workstation. It uses dual Schunk electric grippers, quick-change fingers, part staging nests, a wash dunk tank, and a blow-off station to create a continuous, repeatable production process from raw part loading to finished part staging.

The RIG Palletizer is a flexible, highly adaptable robotic palletizing system built for high-mix production. Powered by the RGS Full Stack software platform, it pairs a FANUC CRX collaborative robot with integrated vision systems to identify box sizes, correct misalignment, and verify accurate picking without the need for mechanical alignment tools. Customizable end-of-arm tooling supports top, side, and bottom pick products weighing up to 50 lbs. Mounted on a mobile cart with a 360-degree area scanner safety perimeter, the RIG rolls between production lines in under 15 minutes. Data and analytics stream to the cloud-based Control Center, giving operators on-demand access to production information from anywhere. Through the intuitive touchscreen HMI or Control Center, teams can configure pallet patterns, box dimensions, and jobs in a completely no-code environment.
