Automated Inspection System

The ATT Automated Inspection System is a fully integrated, pre-configured robotic cell designed to deliver high-accuracy, repeatable 3D scanning and dimensional inspection on the factory floor. Built around the FANUC CRX-10iA collaborative robot and Creaform MetraSCAN-R BLACK+ Elite optical scanner, the system provides metrology-grade performance in a safe, flexible, and easy-to-deploy format.

Each unit is delivered factory-ready with a pre-wired controller, rolling base, and mobile workstation—allowing users to begin automated inspection within hours, not weeks. Using VX-Automation software, the system executes robotic scan paths, captures real-time measurement data, and generates dimensional conformance reports.
