The CRX Paint Cart is designed to roll into place and paint repetitive parts on a repeat basis, freeing up the operator to do other tasks. It has been proven that robotic painting improves quality, efficiency, reduces labor and
related injuries.
This system comes with two carts, to remain Class-1 / Zone-1 compliant. One cart contains the FANUC CRX Paint Robot and a pressure pot paint system. The second cart contains the robot controller, so it can be an appropriate distance away from the paint zone.
Utilizing FANUC's "lead-through-teach" makes setup easy.
This system is designed to replace manual operators, taking advantage of the customer's existing paint booth and fixturing. If needed, we are happy to help with those areas as well. Ideal targets are manufacturers that have a low-volume, high-product mix but can be deployed anywhere painting is being done.
