cobotizur – The Cobot Palletizing Platform

cobotizur is a palletizing platform designed to make end-of-line palletizing easier to deploy, operate, and scale. The platform is available in two series: cobotizur CT with a telescopic column for low-payload palletizing applications that need adjustable working height, and cobotizur CF with a fixed column for applications that require higher payload capacity, maximum reach, and taller pallet builds.
Both series follow the same platform approach, bringing together the robot setup, palletizing hardware, vacuum gripping, controls, HMI, cable management, accessories, and software in one system. Instead of treating every installation as a new custom build, cobotizur reduces the repeated engineering normally required from project to project while allowing the final setup to be configured around the product, pallet pattern, layout, and production requirements.

Palletizingcobotizur is built around a platform approach to palletizing. Instead of sourcing and integrating individual components from multiple suppliers, the hardware and software around the robot are designed to work together from the beginning.
The platform brings together:

- vaQgrip vacuum gripper
- Qik-kit cable and tube management
- Controller and HMI
- Accessories including pallet guides, sensors, conveyor options, and safety components
cobotizur CT Series
cobotizur CT is the telescopic column series for low-payload palletizing applications where adjustable working height and flexibility are important. It supports payloads up to 11.5 kg and stack heights up to 1,800 mm, providing a compact setup for applications where working height may need to change.
cobotizur CF Series
cobotizur CF is the fixed column series for palletizing applications that require higher payload capacity, maximum reach, and taller pallet builds. It supports payloads up to 30 kg and stack heights up to 2,590 mm, covering applications across a wider payload and pallet height range.
Two ways to deploy cobotizur: Lite and Standard
cobotizur Lite and cobotizur Standard are available across the CT and CF Series. Lite provides the cobotizur hardware platform without Impaqt Robotics palletizing software, leaving the palletizing logic open for integrators and in-house automation teams, and supports FANUC PalletTool 3. Standard combines the cobotizur hardware with Impaqt Robotics palletizing software and a guided HMI for setting pallet patterns and changing SKUs without robot programming.
