casemagiQ – Universal Case Forming EOAT

casemagiQ is designed for end-of-line automation where flat cartons must be erected reliably across varying case sizes. It replaces custom case forming EOAT with a standardized, plug-and-play tool that can be installed and commissioned directly on the robot.

Using a single compressed air inlet, casemagiQ controls pneumatic flap folding and generates vacuum for carton handling within one integrated system. This simplifies installation, reduces tubing on the robot arm, and supports predictable deployment in FMCG packaging, manufacturing, and fulfillment applications.

casemagiQ CM100 – Case Forming EOAT for Multiple Carton Sizes

The casemagiQ CM100 is a compact universal case forming EOAT designed to erect cartons of varying sizes without custom tooling. An extendable arm and 90° pneumatic flap folding mechanism allow flat cartons to be formed in a single robotic operation. Weighing approximately 1.35 kg, the CM100 supports cases up to 500 × 400 × 400 mm while maximizing robot payload utilization.

Integrated vacuum cups grip the carton while a pneumatic cylinder folds the flaps, all supplied through a single pneumatic inlet. Laser alignment, adjustable arms, and folding speed control support quick setup and repeatable operation when changing carton formats in end-of-line packaging applications.
