Dispense Buddy
The Dispense Buddy from Mission Design & Automation is part of the innovative Buddy System, designed to streamline repetitive manufacturing tasks. This collaborative robot application features a user-friendly path planning interface and end-of-arm-tool that requires no prior robotics experience, making it accessible for operators to program and use. The Dispense Buddy is versatile, capable of handling various dispensing applications with precision and consistency, with end of arm dispense tools designed to handle single component and two-component materials. Its lightweight and mobile design allows it to be easily redeployed across different tasks without altering production layouts. Additionally, the robot's safety features enable safe human-robot collaboration, enhancing productivity and efficiency on the shop floor. Drag-and-drop path planning allow users to easily develop and modify dispense paths, whether it’s a single dispense path or a repeated array onto a tray of parts. Paths can be stored and reused as needed for your high-mix, low-volume production runs.
