Drop-In FANUC CRX Compatibility: Designed with dedicated mechanical mounting footprints, interior space, and ventilation for standard FANUC CRX controllers. Accommodates the factory-provided FANUC teach pendant cradle directly onto the cart structure. 

Mechanical Docking Repeatability: IME’s proprietary docking stations and 4,000 lb toggle clamp ensure the cart is rigidly anchored in the exact same location every time. This repeatability eliminates the need for your software engineers to program complex vision alignment, touch up robot points, or recalibrate coordinates when the cart is moved.

Hardware-Based Safety Interlocks: Skippy features a robust mechanical and electronic safety-interlock system. The cart physically and electronically prevents the robot from operating unless it is perfectly locked into its docking plate—providing a turnkey, Category 3 PLe-compliant foundation that ties directly into the FANUC Dual Check Safety (DCS) system. 

Smart Station Recognition: Skip the custom PLC code for station identification. The moment the cart docks, a built-in RFID coupling system identifies the specific station and provides a clean, easily mapped I/O handshake to the FANUC controller, triggering the correct operational mode or recipe. 

All-in-One Utility Routing: Reduce clutter with built-in, auto-retracting utility reels (power/air), an integrated air regulator, and a water condensation collector already built into the chassis.
