Inbolt gives FANUC CRX cobots real-time 3D vision. A compact camera on the CRX wrist and a CAD-trained AI model locate parts in 6DoF and correct the robot's trajectory on the fly, so the cobot picks, places, fastens, and dispenses parts wherever they actually are. No jigs, fixtures, or mechanical indexing required.
Training takes minutes, not weeks. Inbolt learns each part directly from its CAD model, with no dataset collection or labeling, and runs entirely on-premise. It handles painted, machined, metallic, and semi-transparent parts in any lighting.
Through FANUC's Stream Motion interface, Inbolt also tracks parts on moving lines, streaming corrected joint commands to the CRX at line speed. Inbolt powers 200+ robots across 100+ factories on three continents.
